Returns

We are confident that you will love your NMB original. Customers have 14 days after receiving your NMB original to return merchandise for a full refund, if the item is not damaged or used.

All SALE items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned once purchased. All and hat sales are FINAL and cannot be returned.

To return an item, email us at: contact@nmbnyc.com and we will provide you with a return label to use to ship your item back to NMB New York.

Shipping

NMB New York ships both domestically and internationally. Customers are responsible for duty fees for International orders. Ships within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery in approximately 1 week.
